TENANT FEES & INFORMATION
As part of our commitment to transparency, here is a breakdown of the fees you may encounter during your tenancy:​

Security Deposit: Equivalent to five weeks' rent. This is held in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme to cover any potential damages (TDS).

1 Week Holding Deposit: We do not currently charge a holding deposit. ​​

Rent: Payable monthly, as outlined in your tenancy agreement.

Rent Arrears: If rent is overdue by more than 14 days, a fee of 3% above the Bank of England's base rate may be charged.

Lost Key or Security Device: A reasonable fee will be charged to cover the cost of replacement keys or devices.

Change of Tenancy Fee: If you request changes to the tenancy agreement (e.g., adding a tenant), a fee of up to £50 may apply.

Payments in Respect of: Utilities, Communication services, TV licence and Council tax.

Early Termination Fee: If you request to leave the tenancy early, you may be responsible for the landlord's costs in re-letting the property, plus rent until a new tenant is found.
